Meanwhile, the introduction of Demand Gen campaigns, built to automatically engage high-intent users across YouTube, Gmail, and Discover, has proven to deliver around 14% additional conversions when combined with existing Search and Performance Max strategies.²

At the same time, activating AI Max for Search enables advertisers to unlock roughly 14% higher conversion numbers without increasing their CPA or ROAS — and in campaigns that primarily rely on exact or phrase match keywords, this uplift can reach up to 27%, underscoring the growing efficiency of AI-driven automation within Google Ads.³

Success Story: Banovo Brdo Residence — From Awareness to Conversion

Continuing the discussion of AI-driven and data-based solutions, Admixer Media presented a local case study on Banovo Brdo Residence, a premium real estate project in Belgrade. The campaign employed a comprehensive full-funnel approach, combining Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen strategies within a Google Ads framework, supported by first-party data and enhanced conversions.

The results clearly demonstrated how automation and AI-driven optimization can lead to real business outcomes. The campaign achieved a 78.7% increase in impressions, a 58.3% boost in conversions, and a 48.4% increase in clicks. Moreover, the campaign successfully reduced cost per acquisition (CPA) by 14.7% while improving click-through rate (CTR) by 30.8% and also providing a decrease of cost-per-click (CPC) by 7.13%.

These results show how the use of AI and first-party data helps attract quality leads, improve efficiency, and ensure long-term success. The success of the Banovo Brdo Residence case confirms that integrating AI and first-party data into campaigns not only delivers quick results but also lays the foundation for sustainable growth in a competitive environment.

The Serbian Market: Key Figures and Growth Opportunities

The Serbian market in 2025 continues steady growth, with advertisers, compared to 2024, more strategically allocating budgets, focusing on efficiency and investment optimization.

Data shows that early demand for Black Friday increased by 48% compared to last year, and total Q4 demand grew by 27%. This highlights the importance of using tools like Performance Max and Demand Gen for effective audience targeting.⁴

A key feature of the Serbian market is uneven budget distribution, with a concentration on peak weeks, which can reduce efficiency. A more balanced budget distribution would lead to more stable results and lower CPC.
